Derek Stoutland is the founder of the Financial Literacy Initiative at Pepperdine University, a program which seeks to educate young adults on the foundational concepts of personal finance. A millennial himself, Derek is completing his MBA at Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business and Management while also working as a Budget Analyst for the institution’s Office of Financial Planning.
